I believe in a person-centered and strengths based approach, meaning YOU are the expert in your own experiences. I aim to create a positive therapeutic relationship that can facilitate acceptance and change within your life utilizing various interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence based practices.

Compassion and humility allow me to better try and understand a person’s experiences and how we can work together in a way that is best suited for you.
