Jennifer Geiser, LSW
She/Her
In a world full of uncertainties, it takes courage to seek support. I believe that life is a process of learning and unlearning, and that all people deserve the opportunity to examine their concerns with a professional who is prepared to honor and respect their individual stories.
Areas of practice include depression, anxiety, grief, spiritual, relational and sexual concerns, trauma, and issues with identity and belonging. I use a combination of methods including CBT and systems focused psychotherapy to help others live with intentionality in order to regain a sense of agency and follow their own path towards healing.
My approach is centered in cultural humility, dignity, respect, and consideration. I value connection: with one’s mind and body, with family and community, both local and global. I believe that freedom, liberation, and healing is interconnected.
