They/He
Clients often tell me that I help them see things through a different lens. I help people figure out patterns that are not serving them, and from there, work toward discovering their stuck places. By exploring how development, environment, and beliefs have unconsciously created harmful processes, we can work together to change. My priority is to establish a safe, trusting, and honest therapy relationship. I believe that the healing of therapy is really about the therapeutic relationship itself. In a safe relationship, you can explore aspects of yourself in new ways for secure and positive change.
I want to work with you and help you. I don’t plan to be someone who shows up with just tools. I believe we can work together to get to the roots of your problems: childhood, trauma, relationships, culture, neurodivergence, to name a few. We will figure out what matters most and to heal the deepest wounds.
While therapy can be intimidating, it’s also exciting to have the opportunity to deeply explore how you think, act, and feel about yourself and in relationships. Change is possible. Let’s talk about how we can get started.
