I see the therapeutic setting as a nonjudgmental space dedicated to the client, where exploration of the present and the past are made possible. I mostly work with professionals and graduate students who want to better understand themselves, their difficulties, and their relationships. I appreciate the opportunity of working with clients who are trying to manage the daily challenges of life, while also struggling with their relationships — be it with family members, friends, or with themselves — and to provide them with a supportive space to reach insights, identify patterns, and process life’s challenges and transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
