Rachel Murchison, LSW
She/Her
Life inherently contains difficult experience—from minor frustrations to profound losses. It is our understanding of and response to these challenges that molds us and determines our well-being. I believe that it is always possible to practice joy and kindness toward ourselves and others. My aspiration is to work together through honest dialogue and mindfulness-based practice to empower you with greater insight into and freedom around areas of current difficulty—whether in relationship, career, or identity.
I particularly focus on young adults (ages 18-30) as well as postpartum moms struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or challenging life transitions. My work is informed by my clinical training as well as my long-time study and practice of yoga and meditation.
